Returns & Exchanges

If, after you have checked your products, they do not fit or they are not suitable for any reason, you can contact Perfect Dayze for a return code. They must be received by us in the same condition as received, with tags intact and unworn. Perfect Dayze will then refund you for the price of your products or exchange it for another size. Please note that a deduction may be made from any refund amount to cover our outlay for the initial postage and packing costs incurred by Perfect Dayze in sending the item to you.
Please note:
You must return your items to us within 14 Days of your invoice date.
The cost of returning the products is your responsibility.
We recommend that you use either Registered or Recorded Delivery as you are responsible for the products until  they reach Perfect Dayze
.

For Exchange Products you will need to pay a contribution towards postage and packing charges for the replacement product to be sent back out you.

Exchanges - Perfect Dayze will contact you once we receive the returned products to arrange postage cost via Pay Pal.
Returns - Perfect Dayze will endeavour to refund the purchase price of the product via Pay Pal within 5 working days of receiving the products
