All software used on the website is the sole property of Perfect Dayze or those supplying the software. You may use the content of this website only for the purpose of shopping on this website or placing an order on this website and for no other purpose. All of Perfect Dayze products are guaranteed against defects in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase.
Nothing in these terms and conditions is to be taken to exclude or restrict rights granted to you by law in respect of goods supplied. Some goods may be the subject of additional warranties or guarantees given by the their manufacturers direct to you.
Perfect Dayze do not accept responsibility for damage to goods caused by you.
Perfect Dayze will not be liable to any person for damage or loss arising from the use of goods advertised on our site.
Without prejudice to your statutory rights the information contained in this site is provided without warranty and in particular Perfect Dayze do not represent or warrant that the information is accurate, complete or current or that the use of this site will be uninterrupted or error free.
Perfect Dayze will not be responsible for claims relating to the availability of our range, our ecommerce engine, and our website, place of purchase or the success or level of sales resulting from these.

Pricing and Availability
In the event a product is out of stock or listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Perfect Dayze shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Perfect Dayze shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your Pay Pal Account charged. If your Pay Pal Account has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Perfect Dayze shall immediately issue a credit to your Pay Pal Account in the amount of the charge. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT at the rate appropriate. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Perfect Dayze reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Perfect Dayze reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Perfect Dayze is a reseller to end user customers and does not accept orders from exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by Perfect Dayze.
 
Ordering and Payment
Below are a few hints and tips to make it easy to order from our site if you have any problems you can always contact us by emailing our customer service team.

Ordering
To order products from our site all you need to do is click on the product you like and add it to your shopping basket. When you have finished shopping, click the checkout button. If you have used our website before you can enter you email address and password and your previous details will be entered. If you are a new customer then you simply enter your details for the first time - no need to register. Once you have completed your address details you will be taken into the payment screen, if there are any special comments that you would like to make about the delivery please include them here. Confirm your order - check the items, payment method, billing and delivery address are correct then hit the 'SUBMIT MY ORDER' button if they are all correct.
Please note that your details will be kept safe and secure and will not be given to any third parties (see our privacy policy for more details).

Payment via PayPal Account
If you have a PayPal account you can insert your username and PayPal password and use your account as you normally would. Once you have completed the transaction you should click the return to merchant button which will take you back to the Perfect Dayze website. You will receive two confirmation emails with your order number and receipt number. The emails will come from service@paypal.co.uk. If you do not receive notification please contact us ASAP. Once your order has been picked, packed and shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information. If there are problems with the payment then give us a call and we can arrange another method of payment i.e. BACs transfer or cheque. Cheques - we will need to allow 7-10 days to clear before we ship the product.

Delivery Options and Prices
The carriers we use for dispatch are Royal Mail for 1st and 2nd Class deliveries. These are exclusively for UK orders.
For international orders, the couriers we use are Royal Mail International.
Please be advised that for countries outside the EU, as well as the Canary Islands, there may be customs and VAT charges that the customer will be expected to pay. Perfect Dayze are not liable for these payments.
In the unlikely event of a delay, we will endeavor to contact you by email or phone to let you know.
All delivery days are based on standard working days from Monday - Friday.
Once your order has been dispatched from the warehouse you will receive a confirmation email to let you know it is on the way.

Listed below are the delivery charges: 

Perfect Dayze reserve the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice. Perfect Dayze does not accept responsibility for items being delayed through customs/security checks or adverse weather conditions / Postal Strikes. There are no refunds on shipping costs unless Perfect Dayze is responsible for the error. In the unfortunate event a product is out of stock a member of our Customer Service Team will contact you.

Returns and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with a product ordered - please return the product in its original "unworn condition" (with packaging and tags) to us within 14 days. We will then offer a refund or alternative product. All you do is pay for the postage. We advise that you return the product using a secure delivery method as we are not responsible for items until we have received them.
If you receive your product and it is faulty, please return it to us stating the problem and we will refund or replace the product (please contact us first so that we can give you instructions on how to send it to us).

Warranty
If you have a problem with your product - contact us first with the details and we can then give you instructions on how to send it to us for assessment.
Upon inspection of returned product, Perfect Dayze will issue a full refund to the card used for the purchase less the original delivery charge. Any used items will be denied a refund and returned to the customer at his/her expense. Warranty items are subject to inspection and only eligible for repair, replacement or disposal.

Privacy Policy
Perfect Dayze are committed to protecting your privacy. Perfect Dayze will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Perfect Dayze collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. Perfect Dayze will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. Perfect Dayze do not disclose buyers information to third parties. The type of information Perfect Dayze will collect about you includes your name, address, phone number, and email address. Perfect Dayze do not store or have access to your credit/debit card details. Perfect Dayze will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information Perfect Dayze hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that Perfect Dayze hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies Perfect Dayze will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which Perfect Dayze hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. Cookies are used on this site, but only to keep track patterns of behaviour and to maintain the contents of your shopping cart.
Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.

Jurisdiction and Venue
You agree that any legal action brought against Perfect Dayze shall be governed by the laws of England without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the Perfect Dayze websites shall be an appropriate federal or county court located in Southern England.
