How to Return an Item

Items must be received by us within 30 days of delivery

Unworn, unused, and in resaleable condition

With all original tags, stickers, and labels attached

In original packaging with all boxes, dust bags, and accessories included

We reserve the right to refuse or reduce refunds for items returned in a condition that does not meet these requirements
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Exclusions

Personalised, made-to-order, or perishable items are non-returnable unless faulty

Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, odours, damage, or missing packaging will not be accepted

For hygiene reasons, items with removed hygiene seals cannot be returned

Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect
